If your hairline starts to look greasy, take your old makeup brush and dip it into a pot of loose powder or baby powder. Tap it once on the back of your hand to remove the excess, then dust it over your roots or put a little powder on your comb and brush from roots to ends. This will help absorb any unwanted greasiness, because it mops up oil and blends into your strands, so no one will notice you didn't have time to wash your hair.
 




Build body in a hurry

     When you wake up in the morning, if it is not dry, blow dry your hair (still up in a bun). 
     Then take out the bun and you should have wavy hair.


4.) Wash your hair then blow dry. Seperate your hair into two sections and french plat the two
      sections and leave over nite. Take out in the morning and huraaaa you have cute curles.
      Let your hair do all the talking.

If you want to get rid of dark spots on your face, such as age spots (liver spots), cover them with lemon slices and let them sit for 10-15 minutes. Rinse your face with warm water and pat dry. Do this 2-3 times a week. You will notice the dark spots becoming lighter and gradually fade out.
If you feel a slight tingling sensation from the citric acid, wash it off and moisturize your skin. 



Onion
Onion is known for its skin lightening properties. Slice a red onion and rub on the dark spots. The juice of onion will impart its bleaching action and help lighten the dark spots. Apply onion two times a day and leave it on without washing.

Pineapple
Cut two round slices of your fresh pineapple. Place the pineapple slices over the common problem areas on your face. Just lay back and relax, let the pineapples do their work for about 5 to 10 minutes. You'll be able to feel the natural enzymes and acids inside the fruit absorbing and dripping away those harmful agents hiding in your skin.  Rinse your face with warm water and pat dry.


Strawberries

Cut berry in half, rub it over your face and let it sit there for a few minutes, then rinse with warm water. Strawberries thoroughly cleanse the skin and remove excess oil and impurities.

Tomato

How to digest faster after a heavy meal


One of the reasons for weight gain is that the food does not get digested properly due to a slow metabolic rate. 
How you can speed up your metabolism?
You can speed up your metabolism by going for a walk or other mild exercise. What you don't want to do is take a nap. Even though that's what we all want to do after a heavy meal. 

Drink plenty of water
Water helps your body break down the foods you have eaten. 
You can also drink a cup of coffee, green tea or peppermint tea, which will also speed up your metabolism and it would digest the food quickly.

Increase physical activity. Physical activity helps keep food moving through the digestive process. If you're feeling overly full after eating a large meal, engaging in some mild physical activity can help jump start the digestive process. But ... wait at least 30 minutes after eating before any physical activity.
Do not run on a full stomach, this act can harm the walls of stomach and small intestine. Have a mild walk instead.  The wakling help to digest the food faster, it helps to move food along your digestive system and encourages cleansing of your body’s system. If you're doing this because you want to lose weight from the meal, it won't make you lose any weight, it'll just help with your digestion.

There are some fruits which make the digestion very fast like grapefruit and water melon
The best time to eat a fruit (any fruit) is either first thing in the morning on an empty stomach or as a mid-morning snack, between breakfast and lunch. It is advisable to eat fruits at least 30 minutes before any heavy meal.
In the morning include a good amount of yogurt in your breakfast, it is a best thing to make your digestion system strong and it help to digest a heavy meal easily.

Do not sleep after meals:
