Green Tea Powerful Antioxidant

Two years ago my friend introduced me to a green tea. At first I didn't really like the taste, but then I started drinking it and now it is one of my favorite teas to drink.
I have heard that green tea can also help in weight loss, so I did the search what else is it good for and I started drinking tea everyday, just to see the benefits of it. Drinking one cup isn't going to help. The best way to lose weight is drinking about 3-4 cups daily.
Green tea is a delicious calorie-free hot beverage that can be a great substitute for coffee.
Once you start drinking it, it's hard to stop.
It has many amazing benefits and that makes green tea a fountain of youth.
