Take time out and free your mind


We all need and deserve time to recharge.
We need to find time to relax, unwrap, take time out and free our minds just for a while. One simple thing to do to recharge is to take a short trip somewhere calm.


Last week thanks to my boyfriend, I visited Switzerland. 
I have to be honest it was the most perfect way to unwind. Fresh air, mountains, birds singing ... I loved every moment of it. 
Every morning we woke up early and went to bed late. There was so much to see. 
My favorite moment was sipping my morning coffee next to my boyfriend, while overlooking amazing views on mountains, so beautiful, so peaceful.
When you relaxed, your mind will answer most questions, the answers just appear and all your problems will vanish.  


Another ways how you can free your mind:
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~  
-Aroma therapy.
-Relaxing bath with oils and candles.
-Meditation, it can give you a sense of calm, peace and balance.
-Taking naps (I love them).
-Reading books (magazines) in bed.
-Indulging in your favorite foods/activities.

-Going for a walk in the morning.
-Take a deep breath, breathing fresh air can be such a luxury sometimes. 
-Laughing, it truly is the best medicine.

Milk, natural way to healthy skin

When I was little I used to love drinking milk. Then, somehow I stopped drinking it for a few years. Now I'm back to a glass of milk a day.
Do you like to drink milk?
I like to have milk with cereal, coffee, cookies or just on its own.
And of course I love milk and cookies. What a great combination.

I also like Cleopatra, she was famous for her beautiful skin and her milk baths that enhanced the beauty of her skin. Yes, her secret was that she soaked in baths of fresh milk.
Milk help to maintain a baby-soft, blemish-free complexion, and visibly reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Milk is a great source of vitamins, nutrients and it has many health benefits.

Eliminate negative thinking

Life is not easy, especially when you plan on achieving something.
Many times when you start doing something new, support and positive words is what you need. The problem is when you are surronded by negative people, they can make you feel low and useless.

After that you look at others and you might think they're smarter, confident and you're not any of those. What you have to do is to believe you can do it, no matter what other people say. But many people don't believe in themselves. Just because you once failed in something doesn't mean that you are a loser or that you cannot achieve something else.
I mentioned in my blog many times that it is important to eliminate negative thinking. Whenever you feel low, change the negative thought into a positive one. You are the driver of your mind, so take charge and keep it busy with your instructions by telling it where you want it to go.

Summer and stripes go hand in hand

There is something about stripes, summer and stripes seems to go hand in hand.
If there's one fashion statement you can always count on, it is that stripes will always be in fashion.
We all know that Paris, along with London, Milan, and New York City, are considered one of the world's fashion capitals. 
Talking about Paris and fashion, to me it is an image of a Frenchman wearing a striped shirt and beret, with a baguette in hand.
A timeless classic la Mariniere looks good on almost everyone.  
I like navy or black and white stripes with a splash of red, very classic and so French. 

The sailor stripes have been also the signature of Jean Paul Gaultier for years.

Kusmi Tea Sencha Fukuyu



I'm a coffee person, but now and then I'm trying to drink green tea.
Green tea is known for containing antioxidants and other health benefits.
My favorite green tea is Sencha Fukuyu from Kusmi. 
Kusmi Tea sells a variety of loose teas and Sencha is for those who want to drink quality green tea every day. 
Sencha tends to have a sweet, refreshing flavor and light color. 
I wrote an article last year about the benefits of green tea, here is a little reminder why you should drink tea.

Life is full of ups and down, but if you believe in yourself, you can make any of your dreams come true. There is a saying: 
To change your life all you have to do is manage your thoughts and feelings on the inside of you and then your whole world changes. 

Being positive can be very hard sometimes, but it is worth to give it a go.
Sometimes we just need a little push, to hear the right words. Happiness is always an inside job so ... always believe something wonderful is about to happen. Eliminate negative thoughts and replace them with positive ones. 
Believe in yourself and make your dreams come true!
