Milk, natural way to healthy skin

When I was little I used to love drinking milk. Then, somehow I stopped drinking it for a few years. Now I'm back to a glass of milk a day.

I like to have milk with cereal, coffee, cookies or just on its own.
And of course I love milk and cookies. What a great combination.
