Become more Confident


Holding your head up high with poise and self-confidence, is probably the number one quality that women say leads to feeling and looking beautiful at any age.
Most people would really love to just be themselves and confident, but they simply can’t do it like that. Low self-confidence can make you form limiting ideas about you, your capabilities and this can hold you back. There's no way you're going to be happy and confident if you don't show others the wonderful person you really are.


How you can become more confident?

1.) Put a smile on your face (even if you don't feel like smiling) and try to keep smiling at people
     around you. A smile is the first thing many people notice. It shows your inner beauty and you will 
     feel and look more beautiful instantly.


2.) Be yourself, I know it can be hard or it may sound silly, but it's true. To be beautiful on the
     outside, you have to start with the inside. How you see yourself is all that matters and you are free 
     to see whatever you want to see. The content of your character is your choice. 
     Remember, every day, what you choose, what you think and what you do is who you become.

3.) Take care of yourself every day. Eat well, stay hydrated, exercise daily and get enough rest. 


4.) Age is whatever you think it is. You are as old as you think you are.


5.)  Remember your posture. Stand up straight, hold your head high and throw those shoulders back. 
      Think about all the sexy women you know.
      They stand up straight and confidently. Not only will this make you look ten pounds thinner in 

      seconds, it will make you look five years younger as well.
      

6.) Show kindness. A kind person is exquisite in their beauty. 


7.) Have you ever heard the expression, "Fake it until you make it?" That means that, even when you
     don't feel confident, pretend you are.

     such as exercise and healthy eating.

     Know that you look confident, energetic and amazing.
