When I moved to Paris for the first time I spent a lots of time at home since I couldn't speak the language. It was very hard for me to watch French TV so I became a huge fan of ANTM on the internet.
I was watching a Cycle 16 and there was a girl Kasia. She was the oldest girl in the
competition. She was 26, but I thought she was the youngest from all the girls in there. She looked 20 and had the best skin in the competition. In one episode Kasia revealed to the other girls that her secret is drinking tons of water, exfoliating a few time a
week and putting some vitamin
E oil on her face.
I also drink a lots of water, but I never tried Vitamin E on my skin.
So ... I decided to give it a go and got a great results.
Vitamin E is wonderful for your skin.
Vitamin E oil has an amazing anti-aging effects on skin.
Its antioxidant properties fight off damaging effects of
free radicals and minimizes the appearances of new wrinkles. It also prevents water loss from the skin so it is very good for dull and dry skin.
Vitamin E is a vitamin that dissolves in fat. It is found in many foods: cereals, sunflower seeds, nuts, meat, poultry, eggs, fruits,
vegetables and wheat germ oil. It is also available as a supplement.
Quick tip:
After you have removed your make up at night, apply a drop of Vitamin E Oil to your fingertip. Gently rub this natural beauty aid on crow's feet around your eyes, on wrinkles around your lips or on any problem skin areas you have on your face.
What it does is speeds up the process of regeneration of skin cells and the dead, damaged skin cells are replaced with new ones.
