There's nothing like waking up in the morning to a nice, hot, cup of coffee.
I love coffee, I love the smell, texture, taste and the kick coffee gives you. 
Actually, I can't imagine starting my day without my cup of coffee. The good news is, it has so many health benefits.    
The aroma makes you feel alive and it awakens your senses first thing in the morning.
Caffeine is a stimulant that affects your central nervous system, making you feel awake, mentally alert and energetic.
