Health benefits of smile

Life is like a mirror, we get the best results when we smile at it. If you didn't start your day with a smile, it's not too late to start practicing for tomorrow.
It takes a lot of work from the face to let out a smile, but just think what good smiling can bring to the most important muscle of the body... the heart.

When we laugh, our body releases endorphins. These are brain chemicals known as neurotransmitters, which make us feel happy. Smile improves our health, our stress level and our attractiveness. You can experiment yourself. Put a smile on your face (even if you don't feel like smiling) and try to keep smiling at people around you. Especially when they look grumpy, just smile at them and you will see that at the end they will smile at you back. Making someone smile and brightening their day is one of the most generous things you can do.

How powerful a smile can be?
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
1.) Very powerful a smile can brighten your mood and make your day a happy one.
2.) A smile is the first thing many people notice. It shows your inner beauty.
3.) Promotes self-confidence.
4.) Has positive health effects.
5.) Smiling relieves stress.
6.) Smiling makes you attractive.
7.) Smiling lifts the face and makes you look younger.
8.) Smiling helps you stay positive.

When we smile our body is sending the rest of us a message that "Life is Good!"
Stay away from depression, stress and worry, keep smiling.

  3. This post remind me of Charlie Chaplin's song called Smile. "If you smile through your pain and sorrow, Smile and maybe tomorrow, You'll see the sun come shining through."

    1. Hi Honeybee Gabriel.
I like the lyrics, very positive. The song telling everyone to cheer up and that there is always a bright tomorrow, just as long as they smile.

  9. We should smile to our hearts extent. A pure smile could gives us a lot of health benefits, unlike to fake smiles where almost we do not get anything. Smiling and laughter are two greatest things in this world, if we haven't experience to be happy or having a good smile, it seems our existence to this world is nothing.

  11. My newark urgent care told me that I was too stressed out with work that I have to unwind and give myself a break. It is also healthy to wear a smile everyday. This lessens your tiredness and stress. Though it's kinda hard to do, I find it effective.

    1. Hi Vicki!
I know, sometimes smiling is harder than it seems. But once you try it, smile makes it all alright.

  12. One smile can really change the feeling of one person. Just like how prescription drugs affects the way our body feels like.

  14. It's an age-old natural recommendation by physicians. Studies have shown, time and again, that we get to use less muscles when we smile, putting less strain on the face. Either way, it's still a good form of exercise for anyone.
