Overcome Winter Blues

Coucou everyone,

Winter is here, cold weather, but I'm excited. I love winter clothes, getting wrapped up in a nice cozy jumper, wearing hat and big scarves. Winter makes me happy.
Not everyone feels the same. Some people might suffer from winter blues, feeling sad or even depresses, but there's a way how to get through this bitter days.

Quick tips:

Have a banana. It's full of natural sugars - combined with fiber banana gives an instant boost of energy. Bananas are also high in B vitamins that help calm the nervous system.

Eat salmon. Salmon is one of the richest sources of omega-3 fatty acids a nutrient that may help lower your anxiety. Omega-3s can help reduce anger and irritability.

Add vitamins (B vitamin, D vitamin) into your diet. Vitamin D deficiency causes tiredness, weakness, mood swings, depression and pain in your bones.  Eat well and stay hydrated.

When you feel tired, go out for a nice walk. Take a deep breaths to rejuvenate the body and mind. Stretch the legs, hands and arms to give an energy boost.

Take a hot bath. It's a nice way to relax your muscles. Add some bath salts, herbs, candles and soothing music.

Use aromatic oils. Aromatherapy can quickly boost your energy levels. Essential oils pressed from citrus fruit are uplifting, brightening and relaxing. The best are (orange, lemon, lemongrass, peppermint, lavender, jasmine, bergamot, chamomile, cinnamon).

Make your house brighter. Open your blinds and curtains to get as much natural light into your house as possible.

Keep yourself warm with woolen clothes, sweaters and cute jumpers. Keep smiling and think positive.

Remember .... You are beautiful!

Practical, elegant, easy to wear ... floral blouse is the essential piece in your wardrobe.
I love my new blouse from Zaful, cute yet playful. Jeans and shirt goes very well together, it's one of my favorite style. This shirt comes in a soft fabric and it's perfect for any occasion.
So freshen up your closet with some floral blouse this season :-)

Just a little reminder (Quote):
So forget the tag price. I mean, forget the size tag and focus on ''Does it look right on me?''
Would it look better with a little more blouse?''
A lot of people think, ''Oh my got it's got to be tight, it's got to be tight.''
Actually, you look thinner when it's not as tight.
