Coffee break

I already mention in my older post that I'm a coffee lover.
I like to wake up in the morning and drink my coffee or stop after work in a nice cafe and relax for a while. A coffee shop is a place of energy. I love how it taste, smell and how it wakes me up.

Today was a rainy day, but that didn't stop us to go out. We visited an old bakery where we had our breakfast (proper French croissant, jam and cup of coffee). The place was very cute, with a Parisian ambiance. We had a great time.  :-)

A little reminder:
- Coffee can keep your skin healthy.
- It gets rid of free radicals in the skin.
- Help in treating redness and inflammation of the skin.
- Reduces the appearance of under-eye blue circles.
- The best part ... it also helps you to get rid of cellulite.

How?
Mix coffee grounds with olive oil (for cellulite).
Now apply this mixture on affected area, wrap with plastic, leave it for 5-10 minutes and rinse with warm water.
Don't forget to use body lotion afterwards.

Remember:
What does too much of coffee do to you?
Side effects: Insomnia, irregular heart beats, dizziness and headaches.
Coffee is also a known diuretic, which limits the body's ability to absorb water. For every cup of coffee drink at least the same amount of water to make up difference.
Consume your coffee in moderation, without sugar, cream or flavorings in order to maximaze health benefits.

Enjoy your cup of Joe, because nothing beats a hot cup of coffee in the morning. It is a great way to start the day.
