Using body lotion soften your skin

I love using body lotions, it soften my skin and leaves it delicately scented.
Now it is getting cold outside and so it's the perfect time to hydrate your skin from head to toe.

A quality body skin lotion can work wonders on your skin. Applied after each shower or bath, can help to keep your skin soft, hydrated and supple.
Did you know that by using lotion you can help minimize the aging process?
It also makes your skin look healthier and gets rid of dry skin.
Using body lotion daily helps it a lot, especially if you have dry skin.

Extra tip for body scrub:
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Body scrubs are great for cleaning your skin and getting rid of dead cells, dirt and oil. The firm, circular motions you use when you rub the scrub against your body can also improve blood circulation and firm up your skin. Treating yourself to a body scrub, especially when combined with a massage can be very relaxing.
Apply a small amount of scrub to a soft washcloth and scrub gently in a circular motion while slowly moving down the body from shoulders to feet. Applying too much pressure when using a body scrub can cause skin irritation and scratches.
Rinse and apply a thin layer of moisturizer. Your skin should look and feel better already.
Do not use your body scrub too often because frequent scrubbing can damage the young skin layer.

Coconut oil is ideal as a skin lotion because it not just makes your skin soft, it can protect your skin against damage and can make your skin younger looking. Pure virgin coconut oil is the best natural ingredient for skin lotion, if you want to experience the maximum healing effects.  It can help bring back a youthful appearance.
When you apply coconut oil to your skin, it can help bring back a youthful appearance by removing the outer layer of dead skin cells, making the skin softer, younger and smoother.
