Take time out to relax

This summer we visited Switzerland. We had an amazing time, going from one place to another. Switzerland is such a magical place. Imagine breakfast on the balcony, breathing in the clean and fresh air.
One night we got invited to dinner (Indian meal). The restaurant was perfect with breathtaking views and fresh mountain air. It was one of the best Indian food I have ever tasted. I love Indian food, it is spicy and full of flavour.

But this summer went by fast, maybe too quick.
Do you feel the same?
Whenever I feel down, I like looking back at pictures from my holidays. Remembering the relaxing time always put me in a good mood. Now looking back through my photos, I can't wait to go back on holidays again.  

When you're mind is working over-time, let it relax by helping yourself remembering everything nice. Thinking positive will help turn your mood around. So take time out to relax and do something you really enjoy.
