It is actually quite difficult, especially when images of beautiful men and women are displayed everywhere (billboards, magazines, television advertisements, etc).
Looking at models and movie stars often create a negative self-image in relation to these images.
You become fashion fanatic, spend money on all sorts of diets and try to make yourselves pretty in many ways, including plastic surgery.
The good news is it's never too late to start over.
I'm a positive person, I believe in the power of words and the law of attraction. I know sometimes it's hard to start, but with the right way of thinking you can get where you want to be.
Positive thought is 100 times more powerful than a negative thought. You can always start using the law of attraction and change your thoughts anytime. You can begin where you are right now.

What you need is daily inspiration to keep you going, try affirmations (positive self talk). Affirmations help you focus on the goals you desire to achieve. The best way to use them is to repeat each of them everyday as often as possible. You can repeat your affirmations aloud to yourself while looking in the mirror, say them silently inside your head or write them down. You may not believe these affirmative statements at first, but just keep on saying them. Make sure that you use them often, throughout each and every day.

3.) Eating a healthy diet and staying active can help you maintain your current weight.
4.) Stop eating in front of the TV. If you eat while you watch TV, you're probably overeating.
5.) Make a list of all the good things about yourself.
6.) Pick an idol and let that person motivate and inspire you.
Walking can be a peaceful and relaxing form of exercise. I find a long walk in nature energizing.
