Tips for a beautiful skin

The first thing that most people notice about us is our faces. Learning to properly care for our faces is the first step to real beauty.
Everybody wants beautiful skin, right?
You know that many factors can affect your skin: the weather, your cleansing routine and your diet.
It turns out that simple, daily, face-friendly habits can have a big impact on how to look younger.
These simple skin care tips for day and night will keep your face looking more youthful and radiant.

Quick tips :

Exfoliate ... Do it, but don't overdo it. Exfoliation helps get rid of dead skin cells, smooths fine lines, improves skin texture and tone. Do it once a week.

Sleep on silk pillowcases to prevent hair damage/breakage and keep your skin looking youthful.
Your hair and skin will thank you.

Stress less. Easier said than done, we know, but stress not only affects your sanity - it also affects your face. So take up yoga or try deep breathing exercises. Stay positive.

Exercise, staying active boosts circulation, which delivers more nutrients to cells and skin.
Cycling Reduces anxiety, depression and stress.

Feed your face. Good skin care starts from the inside out.
Omega-3 fatty acids found in salmon. Eating any kind of fish is better than leaving it out of your diet, because it will help keep your skin healthy.

The benefits of nuts, especially almonds, have to do with antioxidant activity. Vitamin E fights skin-aging free radicals and also helps your skin hold in moisture.

Dark green and orange vegetables. They are full of beta-carotene. Your body converts beta-carotene into vitamin A, which prevents cell damage and premature aging.  Spinach and other green, leafy foods provide lots of vitamin A, too.
Spinach enhance collagen production; and lycopene found in tomatoes and pink grapefruit, protects against sun damage.

Blueberries are one of the most nutritious and powerful superfoods. Berries slow the aging process, by reducing free radical damage.

Drink carrot juice or eat carrots. It is very rich in beta-carotene which is an antioxidant, it prevents cell degeneration and the aging process is slowed down.

Cut orange in 2 pieces and massage it on your skin, leave it for 10-15 minutes. Do it 3x per week. Your skin will become shiny and glowing within one month.

Green tea has been for thousands of years one of China’s best-kept secrets to good health. Regular drinking of green tea can effectively delay symptoms of aging.

Coconut oil is ideal as a skin lotion because it not just makes your skin soft, it can protect your skin against damage and can make your skin younger looking. Pure virgin coconut oil is the best natural ingredient for skin lotion. Coconut oil help bring back a youthful appearance.

Strawberries are beneficial to our skin and help maintain a healthy appearance. They are full of antioxidants.

Drinking plenty of water really does help skin become healthier. Water moisturizes your skin from the inside, making it more youthful looking. It also helps flush out toxins and waste products from the body.

Warm lemon water serves as the perfect good morning drink as it aids the digestive system and makes the process of eliminating the waste products from the body easier.

What to avoid? Sugar. Eating to many of sugary food causes wrinkles.
Try and stay away from sodas and drinks that are full of high sugars. These drinks will add toxins to your skin. Stick with several cups of water and tea to help flush toxins from foods out of your body.
