Get rid of stretch marks

Pregnancy, weight gain and increased muscle mass can all contribute to developing strech marks. 
Stretch marks usually start with red or purple lines and then slowly fade into white marks after a few months. They can be very hard to hide or get rid of completely, but you can fade them.
If your stretch marks are not too old, you can try taking a body brush and scrubbing the affected area while in the shower. This loosens up the skin and removes the dead skin on top.
If you really desire to get rid of stretch marks naturally, you should establish a very good routine.

Quick Tips :

1.) Drink at least minimum 2 to 2.5 liters of water daily, with increased water intake the elasticity of 
     body skin increases, which results in prevention of stretch marks.

2.) A balanced diet will give you the right vitamin that your body requires. Vitamin A, C and E are
     known to provide elasticity to skin.

3.) Exercising is also a good form for skin firming. It helps to tone up flabby areas and prevent your 
     skin from stretch marks. Lack of exercising can also cause your skin to form cellulite.

4.) Exfoliation is another way out to reduce the scarring. Massage your skin with loofah while you  

     are taking shower. Exfoliating removes dead cells from the uppermost layer of skin to reveal the 

     fresher, younger skin underneath. 


5.) Use lemon or lime juice, it bleaches skin naturally.

6.) Baby oil is one of the fastest ways to moisturize the skin affected by stretch marks.  Apply baby  

     oil twice daily to stretch marks. It is best to apply after you shower when the skin's pores are still 

     open and will easily absorb the baby oil. Rub in circular motions until fully absorbed.


7.) Vitamin E is a good treatment option to reduce or eliminate stretch marks and scars. Using 
      vitamin E oil or vitamin E creams may help improve their appearance. 

8.) Cocoa butter is another common way to help remove the stretch marks. Appling pure cocoa butter
     or a cocoa butter lotion to the stretch marks after showering helps reduce the appearance of those 
     unsightly marks. 

9.) Applying Organic Coconut Oil to the skin has been proven to help prevent stretch mark damage
     and scaring. It can also minimize the appearance of existing ones.

10.)Green Tea is also beneficial for losing weight and since stretch marks are often linked to weight 
      gain, drinking green tea can help to prevent them. 

Extra tip:
Use coffee grounds. Coffee grounds can refresh your skin and help get rid of your stretch marks. 
Take the used coffee grounds out of your coffee machine, add a touch of olive oil until the mixture turns into a smooth dark mixture and rub onto your stretch marks for at least 10 minutes. 
Wrap the towel around the area and leave on for at least 15-20 minutes. 
Rinse well, dry off and add any natural body lotion. 

One method to get rid of stretch marks is always to prevent them from appearing. Do your best to have a healthy diet plan, start exercising regularly and stay well hydrated.

It will take a long time to recover your skin from stretch marks natural ways, just stay strong and don't give up.

    1. Hi, I know it sounds a lot. I love water and I drink daily 2 liters (4 small bottles), plus green tea, freshly squeezed orange juice or carrot juice.

      If you are not a water person, you can mix it as well. Maybe drink more of green tea or mix orange juice and water, etc.
      Water moisturizes your skin from the inside, making it more youthful looking.
