How to Pamper Your Feet

Our feet work so hard, they carry us around all day, we run or walk miles on them and so they deserve our special care. We stand on them all day, cram them into tight shoes, high heel shoes and sweaty boots.

If your feet are dry and cracked from the weather, or just tired from a long day at work, give your feet a spa-like treatment at home by using these tips, because your feet need a bit of TLC.

A foot bath at least once a week is a great way to refresh your feet.

1.) Fill a bowl with warm water
2.) Include some herbs, essential oils, sea salt, or olive oil.
3.) Enjoy soaking your feet for 15 to 20 minutes.
4.) At the end, gently scrub the bottom of your feet, this will remove dead skin.
5.) Don't forget to put a cream afterwards. Use a hydrating foot cream to
massage the top and bottom of your feet.
