Simple Things in Life

Happiness is a state of mind, a choice and a way of living.
Our way of thinking has a positive or negative impact on how happy we are and how we feel. 
I don't know about you, but simple things in life make me happy. Being grateful for the little things is a great way to practise the first steps towards happier you because Happiness Lies Within You.

For example:  

Sunny days ...
I absolutely love sunny days. Sunny days make me feel good, I feel more energetic and happier. The warmer weather and longer days are one of my favorite parts of the Spring. 


Wearing Sunglasses ...
It's important to protect your eyes from the sun's UV rays. They are also a great fashion accessory. They make you look stylish and they make you feel grate. Spring and sunglasses just go together.


A hug ...  
Cuddles, cuddles, cuddles, how great they feel? :-))) 


Seeing my little boy playing and laughing ... 
There's nothing more satisfying than seeing how my son see the magic in the simplest things.
Seeing my boy happy is one of the best feelings in the world.
Awww, the joy of being a mum. 


Getting flowers ...
I like to have flowers in the house. They bright up our living room, they add a color to the place, bring the comfort and happiness. Tulips are my favorite. I love the way they feel, smell and the way they look.




A little walk outside...
It's amazing how the weather can affect our mood and how we feel.
Sometimes all we need to feel better is a simple walk in the woods (park).  


Positive thinking ...
Thinking and feeling positive attracts positive situations. As the law of attraction says, you will attract whatever you focus your attention and energy on. Like a magnet we are always attracting energy. 
Remember:
Change the way you think, change the way you talk, say only positive words.  


A nice cup of coffee early in the morning ...
I love coffee ;-)
A morning coffee is my favorite way of starting the day. I love how it taste, smell and how it wakes me up. 
Hmmm coffee!!! 


Yummy Big Breakfast ... 
Because breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Eating healthy breakfast can help you lose weight and maintain your weight loss.




An outdoor lunch ... 
Because we all deserve to be spoiled once in a while.


Relax and quiet at the end of a busy day ...
Do you sometimes sit down and do absolutely nothing?
After a hard day at work it feels great to pause fo a little bit and take your mind of what's going on.
Reading your favorite book while drinking a cup of hot chocolate or taking a nap in the afternoon feels great, enhance positive emotions and bring happy thoughts.
