Taking time to unwind is important. Everyone needs to relax, the rest is necessary.
The idea is to give your mind, heart and body a chance to recharge.
I like to walk or cycle in the park (woods). It is a great way to calm down and clear your mind.
Walking or cycling also help you to switch off from the daily pressures. Getting fresh air also help you to relax and sleep better.
My another way how I love to relax is taking a warm bath.
It sounds simple, but a nice bath helps the muslces to relax. Adding aromatherapy candles, oils or salt to your bath encourages a feeling of calmness and relaxation. It feels great to let your worries dissolve into the water.
Remember:
1.) Natural oils, such as coconut oil or olive oil, help to moisturize your skin and prevent dryness.
2.) The use of a loofa or sea sponge will remove dead skin cells to improve the appearance of radiant glowing skin.
