High heels enhance almost any outfit

As I already mentioned in one of my posts, I love heels.
High heels enhance almost any outfit, plus wearing heels will make you feel more confident. They also make you look thinner, because they force you to stand taller. Your legs appear longer and more slender.

A pair of black heels will make any outfit stand out in a crowd.
So stand up straight, hold your head high, throw those shoulders back and put your sexy heels on.
But remember: 
Wearing very high heels too often or for too long can cause knee and back pain, as well as other foot problems.

They can leave your calf muscles in a shortened position, which can mean weakened muscles when the heels come off. Remember to stretch after wearing your heels in order to give those muscles relief.
