Eat Cherries for Youthful Skin

I like to eat as healthy as possible.  
Cherries are a super fruit rich in antioxidants and vitamins.
I like cherries a lot. 

When I was a little girl, I was spending weekends and holidays in my grandparents house. 
They had a huge garden with many cherry trees. I remember climbing up a tree with my cousin and eating cherries. We'd sit up there for hours and just eat. And then take a break. We stayed up there talking, laughing, it was so relaxing.
Sometimes our parents gave us  a bucket to pick cherries and I remember that we were eating more cherries than we actually picked.
Ahhh, sweet memories! :-) 

Cherries health benefits:

Cherries are high in antioxidants, help reduce the risk of cancer, inflammatory problems, heart disease, promoting healthy skin and brain cells.

2.) They are also a source of zinc, iron, potassium, manganese and good source of copper.

Quick Tip :

Cut the cherries in half, apply it into your face (neck) and leave it for about 15 minutes. Rinse off with warm water. Cherries help in removing dead skin cells. Your skin will become shiny and glowing.
