Make your hands look younger

Age shows not only on the face, but also on the skin of your hands.
Yes, the hands are one of the first places where we see the signs of aging.
A lot of you take care of your faces, but forget about your hands. Bulging veins on the back of your hands, wrinkles and dark spots give away your age.
But you have to remember that it's never too late to stop the damage and make your hands look younger.

Skin needs moisture to stay soft and supple. Excessive hand-washing can strip away natural oils, dry out hands, as can detergents, alcohol-based sanitizers and abrasive scrubs.

Quick Tips :

1.) Moisturize, moisturize, moisturize, day and night. Get into the habit of moisturizing your hands
every day and whenever you can. Hand creams will keep your hands super soft and prevent skin
     damage.

2.) Exfoliate your hands with a salt scrub once in a while to remove dry and dead cells. The process
will reveal smooth, glowing skin that will make your hands look instantly younger.

3.) Always use sunscreen to prevent age spots and wrinkles. Put at least SPF 30 on your hands and
body before you go out in the sun, especially when driving your car.  Don’t forget to reapply when
     needed.

4.) Apply petroleum jelly or another type of moisturizer at bedtime. After you have applied it, wear
cotton gloves or socks over your hands to help the moisture penetrate deeply into your skin.

5.) Always wear protective gloves during heavy housework or when gardening. Wear gloves to
protect your hands from cold weather.

6.) Take good care of your nails. Push back your cuticles and smooth and shape your nails regularly
to maintain a polished look. Healthy nails and cuticles can help your hands look younger and
     well-cared for.

7.) Use coconut oil for hands, coconut oil aids in removing dead cells on the outer surface of the skin,
making the skin smoother, healthier and more youthful appearance.

Start treating your hands the way you treat your face. Moisturize them regularly to keep them wrinkle free. And don't forget to eat healthy, what we put inside our bodies, shows on the outside.

Which hand should you use to stir your tea?

Neither - you should use a spoon!    :-)
