Carrots are one of my favorite healthier snacks, along with cherries and cucumbers. Especially baby carrots, I love them because they are ready-to-eat and taste so sweet.
It is recommended that carrots should be cooked or juiced to get the most nutrients out of them.
But I prefer to eat raw carrots, they are yummy and so crunchy ... :-)

Greying of hair is a natural process. The hair has a tendency to lose its natural color with age and turn grey, but what cause premature greying?
