Cauliflower for glowing skin

I love vegetables and one of my favorite vegetable is cauliflower. I can eat it every day.
Cauliflower has numeros nutritional benefits that help in our health maintenance.
We all know that our skin is like a mirror, it reflects what's going on inside and great skin is linked to a diet ... rich in cleansing antioxidants.
And lets not forget that antioxidants are essential in destroying free radicals that accelerate the signs of aging.

Cauliflower taste great and is packed with nutritions for general wellbeing, as well as having the potential to reduce wrinkles. It is a great food that can help you lose weight, because it's low in calories and can be used in a variety of ways.
Eating cauliflower helps maintain a good cholesterol level, keeps bones healthy, strengthens the immune system and can act as a blood detoxifier.

I love raw cauliflower and I eat it as often as I can. But there are many ways how to eat it.
You don't want to cook it too long or you cook out all the vitamins. Don't over cook your cauliflower, because then it will lose all its nutrients! You can steam it in a steamer for 5 to 7 minutes, roasted or eat it raw with dip.
