Do you like broccoli?
Personally I like eating broccoli and I'm the kind of person who doesn't mind eating the same thing everyday. It's great with pretty much everything... broccoli salad, pizza, broccoli
with cheese, with garlic sauteed, with pasta, meat, etc.
Let's face it ... it is good for you and they're so many health benefits that comes from eating them.
Broccoli is rich in dietary fiber, minerals, vitamins and anti-oxidants.
It
is also a
good source
of
minerals like
calcium, manganese, iron,
magnesium, selenium, zinc and phosphorus. Plus, it also contains beta carotene, vitamin E, vitamin B complex that helps to give our skin a glow and keeping the skin young.
Broccoli slow the aging process by reducing free radical damage.
Broccoli is also great because it is very low in calories, so you can eat as much as you want.
When you eat broccoli, your skin gets renewed more quickly and gives your complexion a beautiful, natural glow.
Broccoli even protects your skin from the damaging rays of the sun. It protects skin from the inside out, something sunscreen can't do.
If you haven't been eating enough fruits and vegetables, then stocking your refrigerator with raw broccoli may be helpful.
